Served as Proposal Committee Chair, organizing and facilitating the process of vetting submissions for conference presentations, spring 2014 through Spring 2023. (19 total conferences).

Recruit, mentor, and develop student on-air talent. Including developing weekly radio shows, mentoring on air protocol, guidance on FCC guidelines, WLMC policies, etc.

Composed a full self-reflective review of the Faculty Senate utilizing the NEASC standards and formatting.
